How Ishara Kids collects, uses and protects your information, and your rights over it.
Who we are
Ishara Kids is a brand of Vigyanmay Shiksha Sansaar Private Limited (GSTIN 09AAMCV6539Q1Z6), Noida, Uttar Pradesh. In this policy, “we” and “us” mean Ishara Kids.
What we collect
- Waiting-list form: your name, your relationship to the child, WhatsApp number, email (optional), city and PIN code, how you would like us to contact you, and your languages. About your child, we collect only their age group, never their name or date of birth. You may also choose to tell us whether your child uses a hearing device, how your family communicates at home, and your answers to our planning questions.
- Referral form: the professional’s details, and the parent or guardian’s name, WhatsApp number and the child’s age group, sent only with the family’s agreement.
- Partnership form and email updates: your name, organisation, email and message.
- Website use: if you accept analytics cookies, general information about which pages are visited. Nothing you type into our forms is sent to our analytics.
Why we collect it
To reply to you, to plan pilot groups and support, to offer places, to send updates if you asked for them, and to improve this website.
Your consent
We use your information only with your consent, which you give on our forms. You can withdraw it at any time by messaging us. Withdrawing consent does not affect anything we did before you withdrew it.
Children’s information
Our forms must be completed by a parent or legal guardian aged 18 or over. We do not knowingly collect information directly from anyone under 18.
Who sees it
Only our named admissions staff. We never sell your information or share it with data brokers. Service providers who host our website and systems process it on our behalf, under contract.
Where it is stored, and for how long
On secure servers with restricted access. We keep waiting-list information for 12 months after our last contact with you, unless your child enrols, and then delete it.
Your rights
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, to correct or complete it, or to delete it. You can withdraw your consent, raise a grievance with us, and nominate another person to exercise these rights on your behalf. Message us on WhatsApp at +91 93193 01182 or email info@vigyanmay.in.
