At the centre in Noida
Our centre is designed to feel like a second home, not a clinic. Rooms treated to cut echo, soft even lighting so faces and hands are always easy to see, light signals instead of bells, a sensory room, and small groups. See how the centre is designed.
Families meet our team twice a month for progress updates and counselling. For anything else, message us to book a visit.

The Ishara Kids app
Visual activities for you and your child that need no sound. Practise the week’s signs, track milestones together, and see what your child did at the centre.
Videos from sessions stay inside the app, visible only to signed-in families, and are never shown on public pages.
How the centre is designed
Everything in the building is chosen so that a deaf child can see, feel and understand what is happening, and so that hearing devices, for children who use them, work as well as they can. This is the set-up we are building towards.
For your child
- Wireless receivers that send the teacher’s voice straight to a hearing aid or implant, over the noise of the room.
- Soft bands and clips that keep devices safely on during active play, and a drying box to look after them every day.
- Vibration mats and platforms that turn rhythm, voice and music into something a child can feel through the floor.
- A sensory room with fibre-optic lights, bubble tubes, weighted lap pads and textured walls.
- Picture schedule boards with ISL icons and real photos, so every child knows what comes next.
- Sturdy tablets with picture-and-sign apps, and lit mirrors for speech-reading practice.
In the classroom
- Acoustic wall panels, soft flooring and quiet furniture, so there is no echo.
- Even, flicker-free daylight lighting: no shadows on faces or hands.
- Speakers that carry the teacher’s voice evenly across the room, and a teacher microphone that also picks up the children.
- Smart displays that show the lesson on one side and live ISL video or captions on the other.
- A quick sound check every morning for each child’s device, using picture cards and puppets.
- Flashing lights instead of bells, for activity changes and for fire safety.
At home
- A magnetic daily routine board that mirrors the classroom, for meals, bath time and bedtime.
- Weekly guided listening activities on the app, for children who use devices.
- Ideas for a visually alert home: flashing doorbells, vibrating alarm clocks and baby monitors.
- ISL video apps so the whole family can practise together.
- A listening tube and battery tester for the morning device check.
- Video coaching from our therapists, in your own home.
